Contest a Will Sutherland
If you believe you have not received adequate provision from a deceased estate, you may be considering whether you can contest a Will Sutherland. The ability to make a claim depends on your circumstances and the applicable NSW succession law. Guidance Law can assess the information relevant to your situation and explain the potential options.
Family Provision and Will Advice
Guidance Law specialises in Wills & Estates and Property law. Our Principal provides practical advice tailored to each client, taking time to understand the relationship between you and the deceased, the contents of the Will and the circumstances of the estate.
A family provision matter may require consideration of whether you are an eligible person and whether adequate provision was made for your proper maintenance and advancement in life. A separate dispute may involve the validity of the Will itself, including potential concerns about testamentary capacity, undue influence or knowledge and approval.
Practical Guidance Before You Act
Guidance Law can explain the relevant process, information and potential steps involved in an estate claim. Depending on the circumstances, negotiation may be considered before formal proceedings are pursued.
Our client-focused approach means you receive clear communication and practical legal guidance throughout your matter. We also aim to provide transparent and fair pricing.
If you are considering whether to contest a Will Sutherland, contact Guidance Law on 02 7505 1040 to discuss your circumstances and obtain tailored legal advice before deciding on your next step.
