Probate is the process of the Executor of a Will proving to the Supreme Court that the Will they hold is the original and most recent Will of the deceased, it meets legal formalities and that they are entitled to administer the deceased’s Estate. Applications for Probate are a legal process which require proper advice and guidance to ensure the Executor meets its legal obligations in administration of the Estate.
