Invalid will Sutherland
Concerns about an invalid will Sutherland may arise when questions exist about how a Will was prepared, whether the person making it had the required capacity, or whether the document was properly understood and approved. Guidance Law provides specialised Wills & Estates services and can help you understand the legal issues surrounding a disputed Will.
Assessing Potential Will Problems
Determining whether a Will is invalid requires consideration of the individual circumstances. Issues potentially relevant to a Will challenge can include testamentary capacity, undue influence and whether the Will-maker knew and approved the contents of the document.
Guidance Law’s services specifically include Will Challenges & Family Provision, allowing clients to find out whether they may be eligible to make a claim on an estate or have grounds to challenge the validity of a Will.
The firm can also assist with deceased estate matters, including Probate, where an Executor seeks to establish that the Will is the original and most recent Will and meets applicable legal formalities.
Personalised Advice for Your Circumstances
