Will dispute solicitor Sutherland
A disagreement about a deceased estate can involve important questions about beneficiaries, the terms of a Will and the circumstances in which it was prepared. A Will dispute solicitor Sutherland can help you understand these issues and identify potential legal options. Guidance Law provides focused Wills & Estates services for clients seeking practical, personalised advice.
Support for Disputed Estates
Guidance Law’s Principal has extensive experience in Wills & Estates and Property law. We recognise that every estate and family situation is different. Our approach is to listen carefully, understand your objectives and explain your legal position clearly.
Services may include advice about Will challenges and family provision, Probate and deceased estate matters. Depending on the circumstances, a dispute may involve questions about testamentary capacity, undue influence or whether the deceased had knowledge and approval of the Will. Alternatively, an eligible person may have concerns that adequate provision was not made from the estate.
A Clear Way Forward
Guidance Law can help you understand the distinction between different types of estate claims and explain the steps that may be available. Some disputes may be addressed through negotiation, while others may require formal legal proceedings.
We pride ourselves on clear communication and transparent, fair pricing. Legal matters are explained in plain English so you can make informed decisions about your circumstances.
